PEScience Protein Powder Pancakes

I wanted to try different recipes using PEScience protein that I love so much. During the weekend I decided to prepare a breakfast that not only tastes amazing but also feels so healthy.

The Power of PEScience Protein Powder:

PEScience is a renowned brand known for its high-quality protein powders. Whether you prefer whey or plant-based options, PEScience has you covered. Their protein powders are not only rich in essential amino acids but also free from artificial additives, making them an excellent choice for those seeking a clean and effective protein source.

Choosing the Right PEScience Protein Powder:

To create our delicious protein powder pancake recipe, I used PEScience Select Protein, a blend of whey and casein proteins. This combination provides a sustained release of amino acids, perfect for fueling your body throughout the morning, bringing a perfect balance of flavor and nutrition. I chose these flavors for my recipes: Gourmet Vanilla, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup.

Flavorful PEScience Select Protein Powder Pancakes:

Gourmet Vanilla:

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup almond milk

Toppings:

Fresh berries

Greek yogurt (1 spoon)

Honey (small amount)

Instructions:

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.

Add Wet Ingredients:

Crack the eggs into the bowl and add almond milk. Mix the batter until it reaches a smooth consistency. If the batter is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to achieve the desired consistency.

Preheat Griddle or Pan:

Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. If using a pan, lightly coat it with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.

Scoop Batter onto Griddle:

Using a ladle or measuring cup, pour the pancake batter onto the preheated griddle to form pancakes of your preferred size. Allow space between pancakes to avoid them merging while cooking.

Cook Until Bubbles Form:

Cook the pancakes until you see bubbles forming on the surface. This usually takes 2-3 minutes.

Flip and Cook the Other Side:

Once you see bubbles, gently flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve:

Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate. Top them with fresh berries, one spoon of Greek yogurt, and a small amount of honey.

Enjoy:

Serve the pancakes warm and enjoy your delicious PEScience Gourment Vanilla Protein Powder Pancakes!
