Salmon Chutney - High Protein Meal

I'm excited to share my favorite recipe, which happens to be my aunt's dad's secret recipe! It's a super quick and incredibly tasty option for a healthy dinner.

For this recipe I used: Instant™ Vortex™ Air Fryer and a Frypan


  • 2 pieces of sourdough bread

  • Cottage Cheese

  • Chutney sauce

  • ** Chutney: is a condiment referred also as a sauce, handmade and crafted with various ingredients used to flavor food. Unlike traditional sauces, chutney is made of chopped fruits, vinegar, and spices that are cooked into a chutney spread.

  • Spinach

  • Half of an Avocado

For cooking:

  • Olive Oil

  • Onions

  • Tomatoes

  • Garlic

  • Cooked Potatoes

  • Cooked Rice

  • Canned Salmon

For Air Fryer:

  • Mushrooms

  • Broccolini (similar to broccoli but with smaller blossoms and longer thin stalks)


  1. Put the mushrooms and the broccolini on the air fryer for few minutes

  2. On a frypan cook with little amount of olive oil: the salmon, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cooked potatoes, cooked rice (if you wish, add some salt to taste)

  3. Toast 2 slices of the sourdough bread

  4. On the toast, spread the cottage cheese

  5. Spread on top, the salmon with all the cooked ingredients

  6. Spread the Chutney sauce

  7. And on top of all, add the raw spinach (you can put the spinach at the bottom or on top, in this recipe I added on top)

  8. On the side serve: the mushrooms with the broccolini that you cooked on the air fryer, and the half of the Avocado
